They started from humble beginnings in the backroom of a rental property in Warwick with a workforce of three (themselves).

Today, NPB have an active workforce of over 1,000 Western Australians working for a range of diverse clientele in the private, corporate and government sectors. They service some of Perth’s largest events with over 65,000 patrons and have recently successfully acquired the Event Security Services contract at Optus Stadium.

Lazo Njegich said “This has been one of the best decisions I have made in the last 10 years when Dave and Scott asked me to join them to start NPB. It’s been an awesome journey, no regrets”

David Barrett said “We’ve accomplished so much together and created a business we can be very proud of. As a business partner Lazo has been hard working, loyal and dedicated. We have been on one hell of a ride since we started in 2010. We’ve been tested in business but definitely had more highs than lows. I want to congratulate Lazo on what he has helped build and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”

Scott Parry agreed that “The pursuit of excellence in an often-unforgiving industry has certainly had its challenges. However remaining steadfast, strong and pointed towards our ultimate goal and maintaining our core principals has ensured that we have remained current, prominent and competitive in the Western Australian Security Industry. I would like to take the time to acknowledge Lazo Njegich’s contributions to the ongoing success of NPB Security and thank him for his time as a Director.”

NPB Security wish to congratulate Lazo Njegich on his contribution to NPB Security and the Western Australian Security Industry. After a well-deserved break Lazo will continue to be engaged by NPB in a supervisory and consultancy role from time to time. NPB will continue to trade as per normal, meeting all client and customer expectations. We look forward to an exciting, diverse and prosperous future.
